CATERING
Menu selections must be finalised 4 weeks prior to your function date. No food or beverages (with the exception of wedding cakes) will be permitted to be brought onto the premises. 

Should you wish to make any changes to your menu, or have specific requirements we are only too happy to oblige.  Special meal requirements can be catered for, however specifics must be given upon confirmation of your final menu selection.

Final numbers for catering purposes will be required 7 working days prior to your function. Additional numbers will be charged for.

BEVERAGES
There are two options:
(a) Limited Bar price on an hourly basis or on consumption.
(b) Full Bar price on an hourly basis or on consumption.

The beverage account (if on consumption) is to be paid at the conclusion of the function before departure.

Under the liquor licensing act, Araluen Golf Resort reserves the right to refuse service to any person who is deemed to be intoxicated. A responsible person attending your function should be nominated to assist with any problems.

ROOM HIRE
Room Hire does apply for all venues, please see enclosed.  These are set fees throughout the week.

TENTATIVE BOOKING
On request a tentative booking shall be made on your behalf. The booking will be held for a period of four (4) weeks only.  The Management of the Araluen Golf Resort reserves the right to cancel the tentative booking should your deposit not be received.

CONFIRMATION OF BOOKING
At anytime during the four (4) week period a deposit of $750.00 should be made to secure your booking and this amount will be deducted from the final account.  Upon confirmation of the booking a receipt will be issued noting the venue date and time of the function.

FINAL CONFIRMATION OF ARRANGEMENTS
It is desirable to finalise all arrangements no less than 4 weeks prior to the event, preferably by personal appointment confirming the menu, beverages, times, seating arrangements and any additional requirements.

PAYMENT
Final numbers are to be confirmed 4 weeks hours prior to your Function whereupon the Events Contract, detailing the cost will be payable by cash, cheque or credit card.  If payment is being made by Amex or Diners Club credit card, add 3.5% to the total cost of the function. The Events Contract should be signed and returned to the Araluen Golf Resort when making final payment.

PRICE VARIATION
Every endeavour is made to maintain prices as printed, however these are subject to change at the Management?s discretion to meet market cost variations.   Choice or change in menus will incur additional costs.  Please ask your Function Manager for further details.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Please note that a 15% surcharge will be levied on the total food and beverage account on public holidays.

SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.

INSURANCE
Araluen Golf Resort is always extremely careful when looking after people and their belongings, however we cannot take any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left at the venue. We recommend that you arrange your own insurance should you feel it necessary.

DAMAGE
Organisers are financially responsible for any damages sustained to the venue, whether in the room reserved, or in any other area of the Golf Resort.

CANCELLATION
The Araluen Golf Resort would share in your disappointment if your function were to be cancelled. The deposit will be refunded in full if three (3) months notice is given and a replacement function is booked for that date.  If less than 3 (three) months notice is given, no refund will be made.  Cancellations given at short notice may also be subject to additional cancellation fees due to loss of revenue incurred.  The Araluen Golf Resort is not responsible for the cancellation of functions due to industrial action or disputes.
