Araluen Golf Resort has four spectacular venues from which to hold your wedding reception or any other special event you have planned. Be it a cocktail style, buffet or sit-down style meal, Araluen Golf Resort can cater to your special day's needs.

The Sandalwood Room

Is the largest function room at Araluen Golf Resort. Ideal for themed weddings and versatile for your decorating needs. The Sandalwood Room can accommodate up to;

150 guests for a sit down reception,
120 guests for a buffet reception, and
200 guests in a cocktail format.

Venue hire for the Sandalwood Room is $950.00

Additionally, the Sandalwood Room can be divided into two rooms, to accommodate smaller and more intimate weddings. These two rooms can accommodate up to:

50 guests in a sit down format and
80 guests in a cocktail style.

Venue hire for these rooms is $450.00 each.

701 Renaissance Restaurant and the Private Dining Room

Situated at the front of the Clubhouse and overlooks the golf course and lake. The room is set on 2 levels with the Private Dining Room located to the left of the main room. The Private dining room which is a glass extension of the Clubhouse, and 701 both have sets of double doors which give access to an outside terrace area. With floor to ceiling windows 701 and the Private Dining Room is a spectacular location for wedding receptions.

701 can cater up to;

80 guests in a sit down or buffet format, and 150 guests in a cocktail format.

Venue Hire of 701 and the Private Dining Room is $1750.00

Views and Terrace

Is located at the front of the clubhouse with the terrace overlooking the spectacular enchanted valley. Step down into the lounge area, with an adjacent bar and floor to ceiling stone fireplace, and out two sets of double doors, to access the stone paved terrace. The lounge and terrace is an ideal location for meeting with guests or for a cosy and intimate dinner and can cater up to;

150 guests in a cocktail style
50 guests in a sit down style (either inside or outside) and
50 guests in a buffet style.

Venue Hire for the Lounge and Terrace is $3000.00

The Private Dining Room

Is situated at the far end of the Clubhouse and looks onto the Gazebo and Golf Course. This room is encased by floor to ceiling windows and is an ideal location for intimate weddings.

The Private Dining Room can cater up to;

40 guests in a sit down format or
60 guests in a cocktail style format.

Venue Hire of the Private Dining Room is $700.00

The Boardroom

Is situated in a quiet area of the resort overlooking the native gardens. Ideal for small meetings or private dinners. The use of this room is also complimentary for wedding parties before the ceremony.

The Boardoom can cater up to;

12 guests around the boardroom table.

Venue Hire of the Boardroom is $250.00

Araluen Golf Resorts asks that there be no longer than a 2 hour period between the completion of the wedding ceremony and the commencement of the reception.

Your chosen venue for up to six hours
White table linen and napkins
Bridal table, gift table and cake table covered in white linen table cloth and white skirting
Uncovered chairs
All cutlery and glassware
Room set up to your required configuration
