1. OUT OF BOUNDS
1.1 Beyond any fence bounding the course.
1.2 Beyond the white stakes with black tops.( RHS of 10th and 11th fairways)
2. GROUND UNDER REPAIR
2.1 All garden beds are to be treated as Ground Under Repair and relief must be taken in accordance with the procedure in Rule 25.1b(i).
2.2 Those areas marked with white stakes and/or white lines are to be treated as Ground Under Repair and relief may be taken in accordance with the procedure in Rule 25.1b(i).
3. STAKED TREES AND SHRUBS
If a staked tree or shrub interferes with a players stance or area of intended swing, the ball must be lifted, without penalty, and dropped in accordance with the procedure in Rule 24.2b(i). (Immovable Obstruction). The ball may be cleaned when so lifted. The stakes are Immovable Obstructions.
4. WATER HAZARDS RULE
26.1. 4.1 Water hazards are defined by yellow pegs and/or shape of hazard. 4.2 Lateral water hazards are defined by red pegs and/ or shape of hazard.
5. FIXED SPRINKLER HEADS
All fixed sprinkler heads are immovable obstructions and relief from interference by them may be obtained under Rule 24.2. In addition, if such an obstruction on or within two club lengths of the putting green of the hole being played intervenes on the line of play between the ball and the hole, the player may obtain relief without penalty, as follows:- If the ball lies off the putting green but not in a hazard, and is within two club lengths of the intervening obstruction, it may be lifted, cleaned and dropped at the nearest point to where the ball lay which (a) is not nearer the hole, (b) avoids such intervention and (c) is not in a hazard or on a putting green.
6. WASHAWAYS
If a ball lies in a washaway in a bunker the player may, without penalty, lift the ball and clean it and drop it in accordance with the procedure in Rule 25.1b(i).

So that everybody enjoys our beautiful golf course please keep buggies to the path side of the blue line, rake the bunkers and repair pitch marks on the greens.
9. CART RULES
Please refer to board outside of golf shop.Winter cart rules: paths only. Summer rules: fairways permitted. Carts are not to be driven in rough or over blue lines.
10. LIGHTNING POLICY
Lightning Policy: refer to main notice board.
11. AUTOMONY
The Course Manager or the Golf Professional has autonomy over all players on the golf course.
12. PRIORITY
Golf Course maintenance staff have priority on the golf course over all players at all times.
